Message from the President
and Corporate Philosophy

At our company, the most important value we uphold in conducting our business is the personal growth of each and every employee. By “growth,” we do not refer merely to becoming a profitable asset for the company, but rather to the development of one’s character—growth as a human being, encompassing the ability to bring happiness to oneself and to others.

When a company places the maximization of business value as its ultimate objective, employees risk being reduced to mere instruments of that goal. This can give rise to issues such as the loss of humanity and emotional impoverishment. Our company, instead, aspires to be a place where “growth as a human being” is the very purpose of the organization. We aim to create an environment where each employee can grow through their daily work.

Our corporate philosophy, “Shoku no Hanataba/Bouquet of Food,” stems from the belief that each employee is a unique and irreplaceable flower. Each person is a distinct individual—with a face, a name, and a personal story—and cannot be substituted by another. It is our vision to build a company where all employees support one another’s growth, treat each other with respect, and collaborate to create a “bouquet of food” that we deliver to our customers and to society. In doing so, we aim to foster a workplace that is cheerful, enriching, and fulfilling for all.

No matter how modest our business may be, it must always be one that is truly “needed by society, resonates with people, and contributes to a better world.” Today, we face major global challenges—most notably, climate change and the widening gap in inequality. Though we are a small food-related company based in Niigata, Japan, and Can Tho, Vietnam, we are committed to contributing to the resolution of these issues through our pursuit of “science of palatability.”
