TAKESHO was founded in 1960 in Niigata City, Japan. Since then, we have offered our customers a complete range of services, including wholesale, product development, manufacturing, and engineering. With our "Science of Palatability" initiative, we work alongside our customers, helping to enhance their competitiveness and contributing to their business expansion.

To add more value to the abundant supply of food resources from the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, we launched "MillGlobe", our company's brand of powdered food material products. In cooperation with local partners, we utilize and upcycle materials that are traditionally underused.

We use sensory analysis perceived through the senses of our R&D specialists, together with instrumental analysis, to visualize and understand the characteristics of food. Based on insights from data visualization, we work with our customers to create the most ideal seasonings for their products.

We are conducting joint research on the "Science of Palatability" and "Developing new, value-added food materials" with Can Tho University in Vietnam and multiple Japanese universities, namely, Niigata University, the University of Tokyo.

Commitment to Safety, Security and High Quality

At our FSSC22000-certified factory in Niigata, we take quality seriously in all stages of the manufacturing process, from food ingredients management to quality inspection. Each product, powder or liquid, is blended in a separate, positive air pressure room, following a different traffic flow in the factory. We ensure that allergens are strictly controlled and there is no cross-contamination between different products.
