- Started sales of seasonings and additives for processed foods and testing chemicals for research institutions.
- 1962
- Started sales of meals to schools and hospitals.

- Started sales of kitchen equipment and packaging materials.

- Established R&D Laboratory to promote new product proposals to food manufacturers.
- 2009
- Opened Tokyo Office in Nihonbashi.
- 2014
- Moved Tokyo office to Tsukiji
- 2016
- Relocated its head office and factory to Nishinametokoro, Niigata City.
- 2017
- FSSC22000 certification acquired (Head Office and Factory).

- Joint research agreement signed with Can Tho University, Vietnam

- Established TAKESHO FOOD VIETNAM CO. LTD. in Can Tho, Socialist Republic of Vietnam

- TAKESHO FOOD VIETNAM CO. LTD. head office and factory construction completed in Can Tho City, Vietnam.
